Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, August 14, 2010 /India PRwire/ -- We HHTP members would like to present facts and figures to Print and Electronic Media about Hyderabad Hi-Tech hi tech textile Park Pvt Ltd, being initiated by 109 members with an objective to set up a sophisticated hi tech textile Park at Chegur village, Mahaboob Nagar District in Andhra Pradesh.
Hyderabad Hi-Tech hi tech textile Park Pvt. Ltd is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) has been incorporated under the companies' act, 1956 bearing registration No. AP2003GAT42259 dated 18-12-2003 to assist the members to set up the manufacturing units and to provide them with all infrastructure facilities, latest technologies, adequate training to the man power and assist in the over all manufacturing ofhi tech textile of all kinds
The purpose of company formed was to implement the main objective of the company under the Schemes provided by Ministry of hi tech textile, Government of India as a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model.
The SPV has Nine Directors on its Board out of which three are Government Nominees.
All the members contributed huge amounts in Hyderabad Hi-Tech hi tech textile Park in the year 2003, 2004 and 2005 towards land acquisition for HHTP, since all the members assured about the ownership in the developed land, besides providing the state of the art infrastructure availing of the grant subsidy available under TCID scheme.
In the meanwhile, for the reasons not fully known to majority members, the project has been restructured under SITP scheme and members of the hi tech textile Park were informed that the SITP scheme offers more benefits to than those offered by TCID scheme. All members remained silent as all members were interested in the development of the project.
Subsequently citing certain conditions and clauses in the SITP scheme, all members were informed that in stead of allotment of ownership in the land, shares will be allotted to all the members. Without understanding the reasons and implications in this regard, all the members have acknowledged the information since members were informed that no other option exists.
The shares required to be allotted to members towards member contributions, which have been pending for a long time, which is close to 7 years now. Since all members were concerned about the non allotment of the shares towards members contributions.
In the course, all the active members submitted few representations seeking information, transparency, and fair deal to all the members who are the main support for the commencement of great initiative.
Unfortunately, members representations was considered as disturbance to the project and members informed that their rights in the HHTP has been suspended, which is not accepted by all HHTP members who have contributed huge amounts in spite of their internal financial difficulties, since all members were trusted the promise made by promoters of the company about the allotment of ownership in the developed land with state of art common facilities in HHTP circular issued dated 19th December 2003 signed by present chairman of HHTP Mr. Uppala Narsaiah.
Since all the members are very actively involved in the entire project right from the beginning, which is almost 7 years now and that all the members have contributed their hard earned money for the project and that members have been participating in almost all activities and programs related to the project, it will certainly appreciated that paid members deserve to be the members of the project and the company.
It has been amply clear that members have hi tech textile no other motives or interests than developing the project except that the transactions need to be transparent and in proportionate, just for all the members than unduly serving the vested interests of few members.
In view of the above, All HHTP members would like hi tech textile to take this dispute through Print and Electronic Media to the concerned authorities to intervene and do fair justice.
The following actions from the company created loss hi tech textile of confidence in majority of the HHTP members about the transparent functioning, equity and development in the project:
1. Company promoters cheated all the members not allotting hi tech textile the shares in company along with the allotment of right of usage of land in the park to all the members hi tech textile who contributed money for land acquisition

Kishangarh hi-tech textile park awards a 8.4 MW wind power project to Suzlon

Kishangarh hi-tech hi tech textile park (KHTP) has awarded a contract for 8.4 MW wind power project to world’s third leading* and India’s largest wind turbine manufacturer, Suzlon Energy Limited (SEL). The project will consist of 4 units of Suzlon’s model S-88 2.1MW wind turbine generators to be installed at the Tejuwa wind farm near Jaisalmer in Rajasthan and shall be commissioned by October 2010. Suzlon will deliver a complete end-to-end solution to KHTP including equipment supply, project commissioning, power evacuation and also the comprehensive operations and maintenance services.
KHTP will sign-up a 20 years Energy Wheeling Agreement (EWA) with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited and the power generated will be wheeled for utilization at KHTP’s state-of-the-art hi-tech integrated hi tech textile park being developed at Kishangarh (Dist. Ajmer) in Rajasthan.
Announcing the award of project contract to Suzlon, Mr. Vijay Agarwal, Chairman of KHTP said, “hi tech textile industry in Rajasthan has a long standing tradition and repute. CTEI:Intertextile & apparel fair Shanghai textile & apparel fair Fabrics, the most important textile & apparel fair trade fair in the world, is to open for four days from 19 October 2010 at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Centre.
